TERM 4
We listened to different pieces of music representing “Goblins”, “Wizards” and “Monsters” and then we turned what we heard into movements.

TERM 3
We have had lots of fun performing “The Shoemaker’s Dance” and the “Drovers and Shearers Dance”.

We have been busy preparing for our school concert, to be held at the Hopgood Theatre on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd September.

TERM 2
We have been looking at how music notation is written, and different ways of using “pictures” to graphically notate our sounds. In groups, we performed some graphic notation for the rest of the class.

TERM 1
We sang the song, “Boa Constrictor”, and then mimed being swallowed by one.

“I’m being swallowed by a Boa Constrictor, and I don’t like it very much”.
